**Payment and Order Conditions**

You can use your balance for a different service in the same country or for a different service altogether; refunds are only made as onlinesimsms.org balance.

13. Onlinesimsms.org never sends emails asking you to verify your credit card information or membership password.
14. The minimum payment amount is "5$" and there is no upper limit; you can load as much balance as you want. When payments are made through a bank, onlinesimsms.org does not accept any responsibility for these payments, and the account with the balance added is responsible.
15. Onlinesimsms.org will not be responsible if the payment transaction fails due to insufficient balance on your card or any other technical reason during the transaction.

20. It is your responsibility to check before placing an order that the service and country you have selected match your desired service and country. After placing an order, check the correctness of your order by entering the number given to you into the number field on your chosen platform and directing the SMS code to the number. If you made an incorrect order, you can cancel it using the "Cancel" button on the far right of the row of the relevant number on the "My Orders" page. If you cancel the order by clicking the Cancel button, your balance will be automatically refunded to your onlinesimsms.org account without any deductions.
21. If you enter the number given to you into the number field on your chosen platform and direct the SMS code to the number after placing the order, and the number receives the code as a result of your SMS direction, this transaction is considered "successful" and no refunds are made for successful transactions.
22. The "code" column in the Orders section is updated every 60 seconds. Therefore, in cases where you cancel a transaction, wait a while to see if the code has arrived by the time the relevant column in the Orders section is updated again before closing the window where you need to enter the code in the site or application where you initiated the approval.
23. Once the code arrives after placing an order, it is the member's responsibility to enter the code into the relevant platform before the code expires. Refunds are not made for unsuccessful transactions due to the code not being entered on time.
24. Do not leave the onlinesimsms.org panel until the code arrives or the transaction is canceled after placing the order. If you exit the panel without the transaction being completely canceled because the code did not arrive and the code then arrives, no refund will be made for this transaction.

26. Our numbers are virtual and non-virtual numbers created to be used only once on your chosen platform. Once the order is placed, the number is activated only for you to receive a single SMS, and after the process is completed, it is canceled and deleted. You cannot receive a second SMS with the same number. Therefore, it is not recommended to create new accounts with these numbers; if you attempt to log in again with the newly created account, you may be prompted for SMS verification. In this case, since you cannot receive a second SMS with the same number, the account may be locked. Therefore, it is advised not to set up the only point of access to the account on the number you will receive. 27. Onlinesimsms.org only ensures that the SMS reaches you; once the SMS is delivered, the transaction is considered successful. You are responsible for all negative situations that may arise after receiving the SMS (e.g., if the relevant platform does not accept it because of spam, entering the code incorrectly and losing your retry rights, exceeding the time limit for entering the code, etc.). In such cases, you cannot receive a refund, and you cannot receive a second SMS with the same number. In this case, you need to place a new order to get a new confirmation. 28. Onlinesimsms.org only receives the first SMS sent to the number. If no code is received while the number is active, please do not request a
second code for the same number, but instead order a new number and receive a new SMS on the new number.
**Cancellation and Refund Conditions**
29. The cancellation process can be done manually from the orders page within the first 10 minutes of the transaction if no SMS is received. After 2 minutes, you cannot cancel the transaction for 2 minutes, and if the SMS has still not arrived after 2 minutes, the system will cancel the transaction and refund your balance.
30. Once the SMS has been sent by entering the number into the platform where you will use the number and the status column on the orders page shows "successful" (i.e., the verification code has arrived), the transaction cannot be canceled, and the balance cannot be refunded.
31. The only guarantee we offer for "unsuccessful" transactions is that if the SMS code does not arrive, the service fee deducted from your onlinesimsms.org account for the relevant order will be refunded to your onlinesimsms.org account as onlinesimsms.org balance.
32. At any time, numbers from any supplier may become unavailable. Onlinesimsms.org is not the primary distributor and has no means of intervening in issues related to primary distributor problems. Therefore, no refund requests can be made. You can try numbers from different countries of the same supplier or directly try numbers from a different supplier with your existing balance.
**Supplier and Stock Conditions**
33. Our services for OM4 are provided with virtual numbers, so the code will either arrive within 30 seconds or not at all. Occasionally, maintenance and slot changes are carried out late at night according to Turkey time when there is less traffic. If you receive "please try again" errors in every service, please try again after a few hours or try the options other than the ones you experienced this issue with.
