1. PARTIES
This agreement is made between OnlineSimSMS.org (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) on one side, and the individual or entity utilizing these services (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) on the other side.
2. SUBJECT
The subject of this agreement is to define the terms and conditions for cancellation and refund of digital services provided by the Service Provider.
3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
3.1. The Service Provider offers the User digital services such as social media account management, content creation, and follower growth.
4. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
4.1. If the User wishes to cancel the purchased services, they are required to notify the Service Provider in writing.
4.2. Cancellation requests will be reviewed by the Service Provider, and feedback will be provided to the User. If the service has not yet commenced, the cancellation request may be accepted.
5. REFUND CONDITIONS
5.1. There are no refunds for digital products. Once the digital services provided by the Service Provider have been used, they are non-refundable.
5.2. The Service Provider commits to addressing any potential shortcomings in the service delivery to ensure User satisfaction.
6. SPECIAL CONDITIONS
6.1. The Service Provider reserves the right to evaluate refund requests in special cases and exceptions. The decisions made as a result of these evaluations are entirely at the discretion of the Service Provider and are binding.
7. PRIVACY AND PROTECTION
7.1. The User agrees that the information shared during the cancellation and refund processes will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
7.2. The Service Provider also commits to keeping the User’s information confidential and only using it when necessary.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul.
9. EFFECTIVENESS OF THE AGREEMENT
This agreement becomes effective with the mutual consent of the parties and governs the cancellation and refund processes.
